- 1 flour tortilla
- 1/2 tsp butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 tsp sugar
Heat a non-stick pan on medium high. Add in the butter and let it melt. Put the tortilla on the pan and move it around with your hand so the hot melted butter covers one side. Flip the tortilla over so the other side can get hot as well.
Meanwhile, sprinkle the sugar on 1/2 the tortilla then put the cinnamon on the other half of the tortilla. Fold the non-sugared tortilla half over the other half and let it cook for a little while. Then flip your quesadilla over so the other side can get crispy.
Cook for just a minute on each side. Then slide it off onto a plate and cut it with a pizza cutter.
