Ingredients

  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 10 oz shrimp
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 6.5 oz riced cauliflower
  • 1 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 oz cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp almond clour
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • cooking oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Steps

Season shrimp with spices and salt and 1 tbsp oil.  Set aside.

Heat a couple tbsp of oil in your pan.  Add riced cauliflower, season with salt and pepper.  Cook 2-3 minutes.  Add 1/2 cup water.  Cook 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.  Add cheese and almond flour and stir until combined.  Salt and pepper to taste.

Heat 1 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp oil on medium high.  Add diced green pepper.  Add shrimp.  Add salt and stir for 5-6 minutes.

Plate and enjoy!
