Recently I have had issues with what seems to be acid reflux symptoms, and digestive issues. I went to the doctor, took a blood test, and it turns out I have high cholesterol and elevated red blood cells (which I have had in the past). I also have a minor umbilical hernia. I tend to get a lot of anxiety and I just need prayer. It's easy to let the mind race and self diagnose. This is why I do not like visiting the doctor.
