My favorite cousin

Hi sisters and brothers in Christ, I have a cousin who has struggled with alcoholism for a long time. So long that his wife is moving to a separate home and wants a separation. They left Colorado yesterday to make the move back home to Oregon where she will live in one home and he will live in another. I had a feeling about him driving the Uhaul alone because I had a feeling he would drink while driving. This he did and crashed into a semi truck. No one was injured thank the Lord but he had their ferret and dog with him. Thankfully his wife and kids were following behind him in their other vehicle. The animals almost died because they had to wait hours for help because they were in the middle of Utah with nothing around. The semi truck driver had water and towels and the animals were ok. My cousin lied to his wife and said that the brakes failed on the Uhaul. Uhaul is now bringing another truck and moving their belongings into another truck. My uncle is flying out to drive the truck back to Oregon. My cousins bail was $2,500 and his wife did not have the money to bail him out. The cop said if you were my daughter I would tell you to leave him here. He went to the hospital where his blood level was 5x times the legal limit. He is now in jail waiting for his court date. As a woman I understand the want for a separation, getting irritated, etc. but I also know that my cousin is sick and truly needs prayer and help. Jesus the way maker, miracle maker. I know there is hope. My worry even though we are not to worry is that he has done harm to his body since he has been drinking for so long. I ask for prayers, please for his kids, my cousin, and his wife. For all of us (his family). I am hurting knowing that I cannot help him. I pray his eyes open wide, I pray he hears my words of telling him how much we love him and want him to get help. Thank you so much!
