I have lived with anxiety for a long time. Lately it has gotten very bad with panic attacks too. Many negative thoughts, feeling of doom, losing faith in God. Any prayer will help. I don't want to fall deeper and become depressed. I am usually a fun loving happy person, but this is really bringing me down. Thank you!
