I have been struggling with symptoms of acid reflux and digestive issues. Sometimes when too much gas and pressure builds up in my intestines, it seems to push on my abdomen and sometimes my heart begins to race at night. I have been to the ER to rule out any problems with my heart. I feel like when my digestive system is off, I get these flares. I put on Psalm 91 and listen to it. Moments like these are scary. I am currently taking medication to heal my stomach inflammation from a doctor. It's been about 3 weeks. It's easy for me to fear, so that is why I am asking for prayer so I can be encouraged. I have had some greasy foods this week, so no surprise where this came from. Sometimes I get confident with what I eat.
