I just got out of the hospital and I can't do the job I used to. I have brain damage as a result of my accident that makes it hard to understand me when I talk. I'm currently living off of the grace of my family and I'd be on the street if it wasn't for them. Please pray for my disability to come in, I'm a father of five kids and I haven't been able to put the pieces of my life together. Thank you
