THE FOLLOWING ARE CONTEST RULES FOR "CTS1905 Spirit West Coast 2019 Contest” ("Contest") BROADCAST ON 89.7 KSGN ("Station") May 15, 2019 THROUGH May 31, 2019. THE CONTEST HAS ITS OWN SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND ELIGIBILITY RULES IN ADDITION TO BASIC CONTEST RULES.

1. MECHANICS OF CONTEST
   1. Contestant uses one or more methods of entry during the contest period(s) to win a PRIMARY PRIZE (winners chosen by the terms specified for each entry method) and/or the GRAND PRIZE (winner chosen by random drawing from online entries and PRIMARY PRIZE winners from other methods).
   2. Prizes will be distributed through the post mail to the address provided in the entry.  Winners’ names may or may not be announced on 89.7 KSGN following their selection as prize winners. 89.7 KSGN is not liable for misplacement or loss of prize sent through the mail. Prize cannot be replaced due to loss or misplacement.
2. METHODS OF ENTRY
   1. ONLINE: Contestants may enter for a chance to win the PRIZE by registering at http://www.ksgn.com/contests
   2. ONAIR: Contestants have an opportunity to win a PRIMARY PRIZE by responding to the radio solicitations during the ONAIR contest period(s).  PRIMARY PRIZE winners will qualify for a drawing of a GRAND PRIZE. The winning contestant will meet the criteria defined in the host’s announcement, e.g. 7th caller, first correct answer, etc.
   3. GRAND PRIZE: Qualified entries from the ONLINE and the ONAIR contest periods will each be entered into separate drawings for a GRAND PRIZE.
3. ODDS OF WINNING
   1. For ONLINE entry: Odds are unknown and depend on the number of entries submitted via the online form during the contest period
   2. For ONAIR entry:  Odds are unknown and depend on the number of potential contestants attempting to respond to each contest solicitation
   3. For GRAND PRIZE: Odds are one out of 13 ONAIR qualifying winners and one out of total number of entries submitted online.

   1. PRIMARY PRIZE: Two (2) reserved seat tickets to Spirit West Coast on Saturday June 8, 2019 at Ontario Citizen’s Bank Arena in Ontario, CA.  Prize valued at $24 ($12 x 2)

   2. GRAND PRIZE: Two (2) VIP Platinum tickets to Spirit West Coast on Saturday June 8, 2019 at Citizen’s Bank Arena in Ontario, CA.  Prize valued at $394 ($197 x 2) and includes:

      • Premium reserved seat tickets (2)
      • San Manuel VIP Club access
      • Photo opps with artists (limited to first 100 people in line per artist)
      • $10 Spirit West Coast merchandise voucher
      • VIP Platifum laminated pass
      • VIP parking
      • Special VIP entrance
6. EXCLUSIONS
   1. Prize does not include winner’s travel expense or cost of venue parking ($20 for Citizen's Business Bank Arena - subject to change without notice).
7. Contest is further governed by Basic Contest Rules of Station.
