Under FCC guidelines as a noncommercial radio station, 89.7 KSGN can offer only nonprofit organizations the opportunity to purchase broadcast advertising. This allows registered 501(c)(3) organizations serving the public good to not compete with direct advertising messages and solicitation offers from for-profit enterprises.

Although some alternate opportunities may be available, 89.7 KSGN generally restricts advertising messages be related to a specific event or outreach. To further encourage attendance for events, we offer extra airtime for events that are free and open to the public!
