14th Annual Archaeology Discovery Weekend: "The Pharaohs of Ancient Egypt: Glory, Grit, and Grandeur"

La Sierra University's Center for Near Eastern Archaeology will host the family-oriented 14th Annual Archaeology Discovery Weekend on Nov. 12-13.

A variety of activities will allow guests to soar virtually through Egypt's early cities, reconstruct ancient pottery, write in hieroglyphics, learn about primitive Egyptian cosmetics, participate in a Kids' Dig and enjoy many other interesting hands-on activities. They will also discover many intriguing insights into Egypt's pharaohs including the most famous among them, King Tut.

Activities will be held at the Center for Near Eastern Archaeology and lectures by international scholars will take place in Troesh Conference Center, Zapara School of Business.  Lectures will be presented in person and online. 

Admission is free, registration is recommended.
