Manage Encouraging Thought messages

By email:

• To subscribe: from any contest form or by subscribing to our email list, enter a valid email address and select "Encouraging Thought email" as an additional option on the registration form.
• To unsubscribe: tap/click the Update Preferences link at the bottom of any Encouraging Thought email and follow the on-screen instructions to deselect Encouraging Thought option for Please send me.... 
  Please note: the Unsubscribe option will remove you from nearly all other messages from 89.7 KSGN.  Avoid that by Updating Preferences to choose which types of emails you want to receive instead of unsubscribing from everything.

By text/SMS:

Encouraging Thought is not available via SMS text message at this time.  Please subscribe via email, follow @ksgn on Twitter, follow the 89.7 KSGN Facebook page, or bookmark the Encouraging Thought webpage.
