Pierce Street Jazz Returns

After nearly two years’ hiatus due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Pierce Street Jazz is returning to in-person performances at La Sierra University with a birthday celebration for its founding musician and noted jazz artist Henry ‘the Skipper’ Franklin.

The return performance will be held in Troesh Conference Center, Zapara School of Business and will spotlight renowned jazz vocalist Barbara Morrison together with Franklin on double bass, Theo Saunders on piano, Charles Owens on saxophone, and Marvin ‘Smitty’ Smith on drums.

Admission is free; registration is required.
