1. Warm plate of food for those who show up
2. Bag of food to take home to cook, store or use (Do ask to Bring YOUR Own Shopping Bag to Carry items Out of Building)
3. Varies on items (fresh Vegetables, Fruits, sometimes eggs, Frozen meats, cheese, milk, cold cuts, yogurts, ice cream, Sometimes Orange juice, Apple Juice, Can goods, noodles/rice, beans, bread (sandwich, rolls, french, wheat, round, slice, buns, white, bagels, croissants, cake, cookies, donuts, crackers & cereal)...
We do NOT ask for ID's or any Proof, just bring Clean Bags of yours to take filled with food....
