Join us for the Heroes for Hope 5K event! Lace up your running shoes, wear some superhero attire, and prepare for a day filled with fun and fitness. This in-person event will start and end at the Roberts Pavilion on North Mills Avenue, Claremont, CA.
The course will wind through all five of the gorgeous Claremont College Campuses with incredible scenery throughout. Get ready to run, walk, or jog your way through a scenic route while supporting a great cause. Then, at the finish line, claim your shirt and medal to remember the amazing time you had with everyone. Heroes for Hope 5k is an initiative of the North Hills Church in cooperation with the Claremont Colleges to raise funds for non-profits in our area that provide hope to families through free or low-cost housing and other essential resources. Join us by running, sponsoring, donating, or volunteering at the event.
This years non-profit is Foothill Family Shelter in Upland. Foothill Family Shelter is a nonprofit organization founded in 1984 which houses homeless families with children for a period of up to 120 days, free of rent and utility charges. They also provide one-year transitional housing as well as extended housing.
