The city’s Memorial Day event is set for Monday, May 29, at 9 a.m.
The event will include a five-minute salute to honor military members who have died. The keynote speaker will be state Sen. Kelly Seyarto, R-Murrieta. The names of two veterans whose names were inscribed on the Lest We Forget Wall will be unveiled at 9:45 a.m.
The ceremony will be at the George A. Ingalls Veterans Memorial Plaza, 3737 Crestview Drive.
