La Sierra University will hold its inaugural Sustainability Speaker Series with a presentation by Dr. Joni Adamson, scholar and international speaker who holds the position of President’s Professor of Environmental Humanities at Arizona State University and is its director of the Environmental Humanities Initiative.
She will give a lecture titled “Why the Humanities, Creativity, & Imagination Will Be Key to Achieving Sustainability Goals for 2050.” A reception will be held at 5 p.m. before the lecture which begins at 6 p.m. at the Zapara School of Business's Troesh Conference Center. Registration is required.
