Support and Exercise Group for Movement Disorders - CANCELED

This community support group is for adult individuals with diagnosed and suspected movement disorders such as Parkinson's disease, MS, ALS, Huntington's disease, stroke, tremors, balance issues, core weakness etc.

We will meet weekly and exercises will be led by Occupational Therapist, Dena Zamanian and the location is sponsored by Inner Qi Wellness Center.  We will feature outdoor group exercises in a supportive community environment.

Healthy, Light Refreshments to be served.

Cost: $15 to cover the cost of instruction and refreshments

Details: RSVP preferred (call 951-428-4135 or Facebook message), walk-ins welcome, class is outdoors please dress for the weather, seating is limited bringing portable seating is recommended. Classes are cancelled when raining.
